Erika May McNichol (she/they)
Principal and Founder
Erika founded 878 Advisors to help mission-driven organizations and the companies that serve them navigate change and growth.
Over 20 years, she's held leadership roles in program management, product management, and solution development, serving organizations like the American Red Cross and Yale University. She's also founded two theaters, bringing the same collaborative approach to both nonprofit leadership and consulting work.
Erika holds professional designations as a Project Management Professional (PMP), is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and Certified Scrum Product Owner. She is a member of the Association Women Technology Champions, the Association of Change Management Professionals and author of Goat Rodeo, a blog about change management.
Her education includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and graduate coursework in Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago.
878 Advisors is affectionately named for County Road 878A in Brazoria County, TX.
